Refund and Returns Policy




We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in the same condition that it was received – unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. The original receipt must be provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at the customer’s cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send an update if the refund or return was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for our team to review your return and an additional 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returned items in glass packaging must be sealed and packed safely with padding to ensure there is no breakage. Please note all items must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving a return shipping label, after this time we will not be able to process your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We are happy to evaluate the matter and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Please note all sale items are final, and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned. Please reach out should you have questions about your specific item.
